Jen Paice

Jen Paice has significant experience leading change and transformation at a senior level within the financial services sector, specifically in wealth management and financial planning, and the technology sector, in both the UK and US. Jen is considered a strategic innovator, adept at scaling teams, driving client-centric growth, and delivering integrated services. 

Appointed CEO of AC Wealth in August 2022, Jen leads this rapidly evolving financial planning firm through a significant period of development and transition. AC Wealth transitioned to a separate firm from the main corporate entity and shareholder, Aberdein Considine LLP in June 2025.  

An advocate of innovative IT and digital solutions within business, with extensive understanding of compliance, governance, and regulatory frameworks.  

Outside of the financial sector, Jen is a former Chairperson of One Parent Families Scotland, the leading charity in Scotland working with single parent families. As well as championing Entrepreneurs in Scotland, being an active cohort Chairperson of Entrepreneurial Scotland.
