Sally is the Head of Compliance for Aberdein Considine Wealth and is based at the firm's main office in Aberdeen.
Sally joined the team in 2023 and has over 20 years' experience in financial services in banking and financial advice sectors, with significant knowledge of business operations, training and compliance, regulatory and risk related matters. Sally was appointed a Director of Aberdein Considine Wealth in 2025.
An advocate of client service delivery and exemplary high standards, Sally is responsible for the management and regulatory compliance of the firm. In addition to these core responsibilities Sally oversees various projects within the firm from career pathways supporting the team with training and career development, operational and service-based projects.
